Picture perfect hotel with fantastic location right on the edge of the French Quarter, and the breakfast was rich. The room was well-kept and fairly quiet with a magnificent view. A seating area, iron and ironing board, and a couch bed worked well and the bed was comfy. The service was good, no complaints.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast is excellent and the rooms are well-equipped, perfect location near the conference center. Overall, awesome stay because of the especially helpful staff members. A laptop-size safe, a refrigerator and a sitting area in the room and the soft bed.

Beautiful and bright room, we spent our time lovely. The hotel had a central position just next door to French Quarter, restaurants, the conference center and Trolley.

Overall fairly clean property, it had pleasant staff and location. Kindness from the whole staff. Appreciated that the property was in a sketchy area.

the stuff was energetic and the stay certainly was outstanding value for money. pleasantly furnished room, unparalleled service. this secure hotel had a very central setting. i liked the room, the bed was perfect. the pool was great and the garden — green.

Fabulous room in an easy location, fantastic stay overall. Brilliant view, an oversized balcony, cozy bed, too. Fairly clean and functional hotel in Downtown New Orleans district. The traditional restaurant was amazing with lots of meals in the menu. Cheerful staff ensuring the BRILLIANT service and guest satisfaction.

Obliging staff, inviting rooms and best value. Our room had a very comfy bed and an exceptional view. The breakfast was super, with lots of cereal, eggs and bakery. Perfect customer service provided too. Delicious drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise. Entertaining area, picturesque location.

Staff were friendly, location was awesome. We greatly enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Dee's Coffee. Give kudos to concierge. Worth its 3 stars.
